The following communication from HFL has been sent to Early Years settings in DSPL2.
Dear EYFS Colleague,
We are delighted to invite you to the fully funded (by HCC) Information Sharing Session as part of supporting smooth transitions. These sessions are being facilitated to allow practitioners from feeder settings and schools to meet and share pertinent information about the September 2025 cohorts for nursery and reception.
Every session will be led by an Early Years Adviser (HFL), Early Years Consultant (HFL) and an Early Years SEND Lead Teacher (HCC).
Monday 19th May 2025, 3:45-5:15pm – Shephalbury School
The agenda for each session is as follows:
- 3:45-4:00pm – arrival and refreshments
- 4:00-4:10pm – input from your district early years advisers and consultants on data in the EYFS
- 4:10-5:15pm – information sharing between EYFS practitioners

Please book your place via the HFL Hub by Friday 9th May 2025 when the booking system will be closed.
