Early Years Transition information will be added to the website when we are notified.
For information:
In May 2025 HFL/HCC offered a fully funded Information Sharing Session as part of supporting smooth transitions. These sessions were facilitated to allow practitioners from feeder settings and schools to meet and share pertinent information about the September 2025 cohorts for nursery and reception.
In addition, the Early Years service offered:
- online webinair's for both parents and carers and early years practitioners (June)
- virtual drop in's with the Emotional Wellbeing & Behaviour Specialist.
